3. Shipping Costs

6. Damaged or Missing Packages
a. Customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery.
b. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier and documented at the time of delivery.
c. Claims regarding damaged or missing items must be submitted promptly to contact@amelya.ro, including relevant evidence (e.g., photos).
d. Failure to report visible damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist.
7. Refusal of Delivery
a. If a customer refuses delivery without justified legal reason, the customer shall bear any additional shipping, return, storage, or administrative costs incurred.
b. Repeated unjustified refusals may result in order cancellation or restriction of future purchases.
8. Limitation of Liability
