c. Footwear must be returned in its original box, and the box must not be damaged, taped directly, or used as shipping packaging.
d. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

3. Return Procedure
a. To initiate a return, customers must contact us at contact@amelya.ro within the 14-day withdrawal period and provide order details.
b. After confirmation, detailed return instructions will be provided.
c. Products must be shipped back within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request was communicated.

4. Return Shipping Costs
a. The direct cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer.
b. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs after verification.

5. Refunds
a. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal.
b. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
c. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
d. Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products
